In collaboration with acclaimed director Dennis Liu, GRAFX Co. produced the official music video for North of Nine’s debut single “Can It Be You?”, released as part of their EP Alive.
Starring model and actress Charlotte McKinney as a doctor investigating the band’s strange afflictions, the video takes viewers on a whimsical journey through love-struck delusions and fever-dream fantasies. Each scene was meticulously crafted in-house, blending live-action performances with a range of visual effects to create a stylized, high-concept narrative.

The video features over 25 unique VFX shots, including green screen keying, invisible man effects, fire simulations, screen replacements, object removal, and custom UI overlays. To safely achieve the intensity of on-screen fire, GRAFX Co. combined particle simulation with practical lighting and compositing, ensuring realism without compromising safety.
