GRAFX Co. provided visual effects support for Plurality, a sci-fi short film directed by Dennis Liu—creator of the Netflix series Raising Dion. Set in a near-future New York City where biometric identification has become fully integrated into everyday life, the film explores the tension between personal freedom and total surveillance.

Our VFX team helped bring Liu’s dystopian vision to life through a range of high-end effects, including futuristic UI elements, biometric scanning interfaces, and seamless digital compositing. The film’s complex narrative, where individuals mysteriously appear in multiple places at once, required precision-driven effects that blended seamlessly with practical cinematography to support the film’s immersive world-building.
