Post-Production, 3D Animation
The FUSE Platform follows three main criteria:
COLLECT – A lightweight IoT-enabled risk monitoring device collects data on multiple ergonomic and environmental risk factors.
ANALYZE – Machine learning algorithms assess safety risk and leverage a real-time dashboard to explore factor correlations and understand injuries.
INTERVENE – Better understand the factors contributing to injury and deploy more relevant, effective interventions, mechanical or behavioral, and monitor impact.
1. FUSE Overview
We created a clear and compelling explainer of how the FUSE system works, from real-time data collection to cloud-based analytics and injury prevention strategies. By focusing on the platform’s core pillars, COLLECT, ANALYZE, INTERVENE, we illustrated how StrongArm transforms raw ergonomic data into actionable safety intelligence.
2. Smart Dock Training
This segment highlights the FUSE Dock, the charging and data upload station. Through 3D animation, we showed how the Dock streamlines device management, ensures daily data sync, and helps workers easily engage with the system at shift start and end.
3. Sensor Introduction
We visualized how the lightweight, wearable FUSE Sensor collects ergonomic data and calculates a proprietary Safety Score using machine learning. The video explains how the sensor aids in identifying risks and delivering targeted interventions, making safety smarter and more proactive.
The training videos were designed for ease of understanding and operational integration, ensuring new users can quickly onboard with the technology. Together, these assets reinforced StrongArm’s commitment to keeping frontline workers safe while elevating their brand with clear, engaging visual communication.
